By clicking the "Launch" button above, you (the "Viewer") acknowledge that you will have access to certain confidential information of MCS concerning MCS' Advizia software application (the "Confidential Information"). The Viewer agrees that the Viewer will not use the Confidential Information in any way, for its own account or the account of any third party, except as expressly permitted by MCS in writing, nor disclose to any third party (except as required by law) the Confidential Information.
